3.2 Limits and Processing

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds a total of ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) must be wagered.

The bonus is not cash — it is a matched bonus that can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Other Promotions

Weekly and special occasion bonuses — such as the weekly laki 55 Deposit Festival (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000), Weekend Double Joy (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000), and laki 55 Cricket Dhamaka (30% bonus, up to ৳3,000) — each have their own separate wagering requirements. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, creating strategic betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or attempting to exploit bonus benefits in any other way will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.

4.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

laki 55 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. For bonuses already in progress when a change takes effect, the previous terms will continue to apply.

5.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will not be considered final until a confirmation message is received from the server. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

5.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and badminton. No bet result will be settled before the official result is announced. If a match is abandoned or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with laki 55's policy.

5.3 Live Casino and Slots

All slots and live casino games are operated using verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and do not depend on previous rounds. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be considered void.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

laki 55 reserves the right to close any account without warning for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of these terms and conditions
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• An account being operated by a person under 21 years of age

In the event of account closure, laki 55's decision is final.
